A Moris Gigs is a personalized Video message from your favorite celebrity and star. You can place a request with your message to us for a celebrity Moris Gigs video using our app or website. To make a Moris Gigs request, open the Moris Gigs app/website, select your favourite celebrity, type your message and make the payment.

You will receive the completed video in the "My Moris Gigses section" of the MORIS GIGS Account. You will also receive a downloadable video link to the email you provided during sign up. You can also download/share video from the app/website itself.

The price of a MORIS GIGS is set individually by the celebrity, and therefore the price will range depending on who you choose to get the Moris Gigs from! Celebrities can change their pricing at any time but you will only be charged the price that is shown when you make the request.

Or just hear from your favorite celebs? Moris Gigs is a perfect way to make your loved one's day - more special. As long as the request is acceptable, the celebrity will be happy to complete your Moris Gigs!

Celebrities are usually busy and hence it can take them some time before they can complete your order. This pre-notice time period that is showcased on celebrity's profile is called the lead time i.e. number of days taken by every celeb to complete the Moris Gigs. In case the Moris Gigs is not completed within the lead time, it will automatically expire and a refund will be issued.

It is possible that the celebrity has recorded the Moris Gigs but hasn't uploaded it. Hence in this case a refund will not be possible. For more info on refunds, you can check out our refund policy.

It is possible that the celebrity hasn't uploaded, but already made the video, in this case, it will not be possible to update or edit it. If the celebrity has uploaded or made the video, we can definitely look at requesting the celebrity to make a change - however this is a very rare event. You will have to write an email to us with the changes to confirm the possibility in this situation

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a Moris Gigs request will be completed as it depends on the celebrity. It is up to the celebrity to accept your request and create the video. However, if your request is not fulfilled or gets expired, we will refund you the full amount and suggest you to try again at a later date.

Celebrity usually completes the Moris Gigs requests.In some cases, your Moris Gigs request will be rejected if there is inappropriate content or will damage the celeb's image. Celebs don't complete such requests which they find inappropriate and reject the same. In this case too, we will refund you the full amount.

If your Moris Gigs request has been expired/rejected you can always request another Moris Gigs from the celeb. Your amount will be refunded to you for incomplete Moris Gigs.

You will receive the amount in the same account from which you have paid for the Moris Gigs request.

As a profile, you send Moris Gigss through the Moris Gigs app on your mobile. As a customer you book your Moris Gigss at www.Moris Gigs.me.

As a profile, you have your own page at www.Moris Gigs.me where you communicate what types of videos you can send. In the app, you first create a short introductory video, and write a short bio about yourself and what you offer on Moris Gigs. Here you also handle all bookings and record your Moris Gigss! Each booking is active for maximum 7 days (some profiles has an 'express' setup and delivers faster) and if you do not do the Moris Gigs message within this time frame, it expires. If you get a booking you do not want to do, you simply decline it. It is always up to you which bookings you want to approve.

As a customer, you go to the website and choose the profile you want to book a Moris Gigs from. Click on the booking button to send a request for a Moris Gigs and fill in the information needed for the profile to be able to make your video. If your booking is approved you will receive it within 7 days (but usually faster than that!) if they don't have express delivery, and it will be delivered via SMS and email! If your booking is denied or the profile would not be able to send the Moris Gigs within the time frame, you will, of course, receive your money back.

The price of Moris Gigss fills several functions but is mainly used as a tool to monitor how many videos you want to make per week, as the influx of requests may vary through different periods. This can easily be reflected through variable pricing on your videos, as you as the profile decide on your price per Moris Gigs and may change your mind whenever you want. However, it is not possible to change prices of Moris Gigss which have already been booked.

The material on Moris Gigs is owned by the profiles on the platform and is creatively free to create, with the provision that it is done in accordance with our values.

As a profile and creator of the video material, you retain ownership of all videos you upload on the platform. The client who booked a Moris Gigs is then granted a personal license to use it for non-commercial use, and that the Moris Gigs as a platform has the right to use it in its own channels. You and Moris Gigs always have the right to download a video from the platform.

Booking a Moris Gigs couldn’t be easier! Simply head over to the website www.Moris Gigs.me, find the profile you would like to receive a Moris Gigs from and select ‘book’. After you fill in some details, what you want the profile to convey in the Moris Gigs, who the greeting is to and any other important details for the video, you proceed to the payment. You pay easily with your bank card and once the payment has been accepted the booking is sent to the profile.

Once the booking has landed at the profile it stays active for 7 days (not for express-delivery ones), but many profiles respond much faster than that. As soon as the Moris Gigs is created it’s sent to you via SMS and email so it’s easy to send on either as a link or to download as a video clip.

If, for any reason, the profile would not want to do your Moris Gigs within these 7 days (or the number of days they have), it will expire. You will then of course be refunded for the booking with the same payment method that you used when booking it. If you still want your Moris Gigs, just place a new booking on the platform!

All profiles set their own prices, according to their time and availability to create Moris Gigss. The price is mainly a tool for determining the number of Moris Gigss that you as a profile want to do in a week. Therefore, the prices range very broadly on motherhood and are constantly changing.

The profile usually has 7 days after the booking is completed to return with your Moris Gigs (some profiles offer express delivery and in that case they have less than 7 days), but usually it happens much faster than that. If this time expires, the amount reserved or deducted in your account will be refunded and the booking cancelled.

It is the profiles who decide for themselves which videos they want to and can do, and in most cases, all Moris Gigss are created and sent within the 12 days (maximin, could be less) that the booking is valid. In exceptional cases, the booking is not carried out, which is usually due to lack of time or the profile in question does not want to do what is requested.

When your order for a Moris Gigs is completed, it will be sent by SMS and email to the number and email address you provided when you booked your Moris Gigs. You cannot change the recipient’s contact details after a greeting is delivered, so keep that in mind when you make the booking! When your booking is completed, the money will be deposited from your account.
